Chromium is a trace mineral genuinely tied to normal carbohydrate and glucose metabolism — it helps insulin work more effectively at cells. The label's disclosed 0.7mcg is a real, checkable amount, though modest relative to some doses used in clinical chromium research. The blend ingredients — maca, guarana, green tea, gymnema, grapefruit and amino acids — are each plausibly relevant to metabolism or energy, but without individual amounts, their contribution can't be assessed.
